Corporatism is Just a Closed Source Operating System
Just did this one on Tuesday evening, for the NY Tech Meet-Up. I was exhausted for this one, but it does manage to explain corporatism as an operating system gone awry.

A P2P lending site was shut down by the SEC, so competition, as you said, isn’t really allowed (http://www.prosper.com/help/topics/quiet_period.aspx) . I think that getting out of debt (and not take in debt) and lowering our consumption is what is first needed to starve the monster.

Oops, I should add that prosper.com closed down voluntarily, but were under incredible scrutiny from the SEC:

When did you change your name? Rushkoft – not quite the same flow as Rushkofff, but I guess I’ll get used to it

Doug, are you really prepared for the Colbert bump?
PS – Your spiel has gotten much smoother since General Semantics. I think people might actually get it.
